What services do we offer?

We specialize mainly in funding and representation in cases such as real estate disputes, settlement of joint property of spouses, inheritance proceedings, and corrections of incorrect entries in the land registry. We help clients resolve legal conflicts even without the immediate need to finance the entire process from their own resources.

Litigation Funding

Litigation funding is a service in which an external entity—such as us—covers the costs of conducting a court dispute for you. This includes court fees, expert opinions, legal representation, and other expenses related to the proceedings. In return, after a successful outcome, we share in the recovered amount under pre-agreed terms.

Duplicate Ownership of Real Estate

Duplicate ownership of real estate arises when the land registry records several persons as owners of the same plot, apartment, or house, usually on different title deeds (this does not refer to the legal regime of co-ownership shares). Such an entry may arise due to:

  • Errors in historical land-registry records
  • Parallel restitution and ownership proceedings
  • Ownership from the past that was never cancelled (e.g., a state decision vs. a private transfer)
  • An inheritance or court error

Such duplication does not disappear automatically and must be resolved through legal means.

Division of Property After Divorce or Separation

The joint property of spouses (BSM) arises automatically upon marriage. It includes all property acquired during the marriage—including real estate, cars, savings, investments, as well as liabilities and debts. It does not include property acquired before marriage, by inheritance, by gift, or from the exclusive funds of one spouse.

After divorce, the joint property of spouses must be settled either by agreement or through court proceedings. The time limit for settlement is 3 years from the final divorce judgment. After that period, the statutory presumption of equal shares applies.

Interest on Excess VAT Deduction

Has your excess VAT deduction been wrongfully withheld? Does compensation of 1.5% after six months seem inadequate to you? Your feeling is correct and legitimate. We represent taxpayers throughout the entire process of claiming compensation, damages, or interest on a withheld excess VAT deduction in an appropriate amount for the period during the tax audit, from proceedings before the tax authority all the way to court. We can help you obtain higher interest as well.

About Us

We are a company that understands the market’s needs in the field of disputes and legal services. On one side there is the client’s claim; on the other, long-term legal uncertainty, costs, and often distrust toward legal service providers as to whether they are acting efficiently and professionally on your behalf.

How dispute funding works step by step

Conducting a court dispute can be financially demanding, especially in complex commercial cases, long-running proceedings, or disputes with major opposing parties. If you do not want to risk your own funds, litigation funding is an ideal solution. You pay only in the event of success—we take on the risk.

Step 1.

Initial consultation

We will assess your case free of charge and without obligation. You only need to outline the essence of the dispute—we will determine whether it is suitable for funding.

Step 2.

Submission of supporting documents

If the case has potential, we will ask you for the necessary documents (contracts, judgments, correspondence, etc.). Based on these, we will carry out an in-depth analysis.

Step 3.

Agreement on cooperation terms

We will propose a specific funding model, including the amount of costs, the share of the recovery, and other terms. Everything is transparent and easy to understand.

Step 4.

Conclusion of contracts

Once agreed, we prepare and sign contracts that clearly define our obligations and your rights. From that moment on, we become your partner in the dispute.

Step 5.

Conduct of proceedings

We finance all agreed costs—legal representation, court fees, expert opinions, and the like. We monitor the progress of the case and support you until it is concluded.
